Founded in İstanbul in 1974 to provide air transport services, Çe-Tur quickly expanded the scope of its operations with branches opened in Ankara, Antalya, Dalaman, İzmir, and Bodrum as the company sought to serve an ever broader portfolio of private and public sector clents all over Turkey. Pursuing this goal of expansion, Çe-Tur embarked upon a process of rapid growth that has today made it one of only a handful of companies at the service of the tourism and transport industries in Turkey. Transportation services for client companies' employees, which began with just ten vehicles, have now become a major line of business involving 500 vehicles (of which 110 are owned by the company itself) that carry about 10,000 people employed in the public and private sectors every day. Automobile fleet rental is another important link in the Çe-Tur service chain.
Always innovative and quick to spot market opportunities, Çe-Tur is the first company in Turkey to provide motorcycle rent services to the fast food industry with a fleet of 80 motorcycles. In 2002, Çe-Tur added to its service portfolio the operation of the domestic and international lines parking facilities, with a capacity of 3,000 vehicles, at the Dalaman airport.
In the area of operational fleet rent services, Çe-Tur has a reputation for professionalism, dependability, and service addressing every requirement. With a fleet of 80 new (2001-2003 model) vehicles and expert staff, the company provides round-the-clock service seven days a week supplying and operating vehicles used in transferring clients' senior managers and representatives to and from airports and city centers, welcoming services and city tours, VIP services, and organizing activities and special programs for clients and their employees.
