ÇGH keeps further strengthening its cooperation with Lufthansa German Airlines, which has started in 1984 at İstanbul Atatürk Airport, with its scope expanded by İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport and Ankara Esenboğa Airport in Turkey, followed by Ferihegy International Airport in Budapest, Hungary from 2006 and Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in India from 2009.
The provider of successful ramp services to Lufthansa at Atatürk Airport for over 25 years, Çelebi started handling the passenger and ticket sales services for the airline as of 01 April 2010. Built on mutual trust and understanding since day one, this meaningful cooperation was vested in further value and power with the expanded scope of ground handling services offered by Çelebi to Lufthansa. For this service that will be furnished to Lufthansa German Airlines that flies to İstanbul six days a week, Çelebi enlarged its passenger services team and gave momentum to their training. Remaining loyal to its tradition for the virgin flights, ÇGH İstanbul Station management decorated the check-in desks with flowers and offered Turkish delight to Lufthansa passengers, and gave flowers to the flight crew.
